You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. JKT8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

JKT8 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods including bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), and other methods listed on the platform's deposit page. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within minutes.

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the deposit page and may vary depending on the payment method.
• All deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under exceptional circumstances as determined by jkt8.

6 Bonus & Promotions

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

JKT8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions, or has engaged in unlawful activity.

During the suspension period, access to the account and all funds within it will be restricted while the investigation is conducted. jkt8 will endeavour to complete the investigation within 14 business days. If the investigation finds no violation, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal once all requirements have been met.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by jkt8 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By accepting these terms, you also agree to the jkt8 Privacy Policy.

JKT8 collects personal data such as full name, phone number, email address, bank account information, and IP address solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and fraud prevention.
